Compliance Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in compliance within offshore fiduciary and fund businesses, with knowledge of fiduciary structures, trusts, companies, limited partnerships, and fund structures (both closed- and open-ended).
Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Microsoft365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Familiarity with tools like Hyperion, Riskscreen, DigiHub, Verify, GFSC submissions, Acumen, and M-Files is advantageous, but training will be provided.
Leadership: Proven capability to manage a team and serve as Deputy Compliance Officer, Deputy Money Laundering Compliance Officer, Nominated Officer, and Data Protection Officer when required.
Regulatory Oversight: Experience in compliance project work, managing onboarding processes, FATCA/CRS processing, and ensuring adherence to regulations related to ML, FT, PF, and data protection law.
