- Assist with the administration of our client’s fund clients, including VC funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles.
- Support fund operations by processing payments, preparing receipt packs, and handling investor changes.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate investor and fund records using relevant systems.
- Assist with company secretarial tasks, such as preparing board minutes, reports, and board packs.
- Undertake ad-hoc client requests and participate in project work as required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills: Key to managing tasks efficiently.
