Service AreaHospital ServicesGrade: Band 8A - £67,355 - £78,366 BAR £80,716 per annumFull TimeThe States of Guernsey are seeking to appoint an Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join the team at Hospital Services.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualified Advanced Critical Care Practitioner to join our existing team of four ACCP's. The Critical Care Unit in Guernsey currently consists of 8 beds and provides critical care services for medical and surgical patients requiring level 1-3 care. Due to the increasing demands on the service and as part of the wider hospital modernisation programme, a new purpose-built critical care unit with 12/14 beds is planned to open in the summer of this year. The newly formed ACCP team will have a vital role in providing 24/7 residency as part of the Consultant-Led medical team. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to assist in shaping and developing the ACCP service and will be able to contribute to the development of our trainees.
