Service AreaGuernsey WaterGrade: EGV £60,385 - £63,762 BAR SO1 £63,800 - £71,865 BAR £69,754 - £78,577 per annum.Full TimeThe States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Project Engineer to join the Team at Guernsey Water.The role of Project Engineer is to manage and deliver projects across water and wastewater infrastructure. This will take account of key factors including growth and connection requirements; condition and performance of the assets; legal obligations; economic regulation; current and emerging best practices.The Project Engineer will support the company to deliver a high standard of service to its customers through the delivery of water and sewerage projects. The post holder will support the business in the planning, design and execution projects outlined within our Business Plan and assist in setting future operational business strategies and objectives.The Project Engineer will ensure that the water and sewerage systems are properly developed and will ensure that infrastructure is properly designed and specified, and by engaging suitably skilled consultants/contractors to perform necessary tasks and manage their performance.Please click on the link below to view a full job description for this role.This role comes with a competitive salary, progressive sick pay and entitlement to a pension scheme.For those candidates that would be required to relocate to Guernsey, in addition to the above, we also offer a full relocation package to help with moving over to the Island.
