Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Substance Misuse Practitioner to join their Community Drug and Alcohol Team. The role includes managing the initial stages of medication induction and detoxing of individuals either as an in-patient or in the community. The post holder will provide multi-agency and multi-disciplinary links with the HSC mental health and acute health services. Ideal applicants will be a registered nurse and have two years' experience in specialist substance use, mental health or social work. The ability to deal with complex and challenging situations with a calm demeanour is essential. Our client will provide a full relocation package, competitive pay, and entitlement to a pension scheme. There is also an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
