In early summer 2024 we will be launching a brand-new pizza concept,We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced and passionate pizza expert to lead this project through to opening and beyond, building a brilliant team, developing and refining the end product, and delivering a consistent, great quality food offer to an incredibly diverse and ever-changing audience in Guernsey.With lots planned for 2024 this is a position that offers growth and progression for the right person with lots of autonomy to shape this new brand and concept while also benefitting from the support of a great visionary team.Required skillsProven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, with a deep understanding of pizza-making techniques and the ability to consistently create high-quality pizzas.Strong knowledge of dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza assembly, including the ability to hand-stretch dough and create visually appealing pizza presentations.Proficiency in working with a variety of pizza ovens and equipment, ensuring optimal baking conditions.Excellent attention to detail to ensure each pizza is accurately prepared according to customer specifications.Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Creativity and willingness to experiment with new flavours and ingredients to develop unique and delicious pizza creations.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulations.Great leadership skills, calm and collected.If you think this is a perfect fit, please apply on
