As Fund Operations Administrator will be expected to assist in the administration of the structures administered, including, but not limited to, the daily dealing funds.LocationGuernsey, Channel IslandsResponsibilities Input of investor dealing, including the processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
Ensuring that all transactions are executed in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the fund's offering documents.
Assist the team with the calculation of initial fees, redemption fees, deferred redemption fees and trail commission.
Processing payments of redemptions and movement of subscription proceeds.
Performing daily bank reconciliations of the client accounts.
Assisting in the review and onboarding of new investors, checking of application forms, due diligence and performing risk assessments of investors, liaising with fund managers and/or agents in relation to any outstanding documentation.
Performing periodic reviews of investors.
Assisting with any day-to-day ad-hoc requests from investors and clients.Skills / Qualifications Suitable applicants should possess 2+ years of experience in a similar role and be actively working towards an industry-recognised qualification or be willing to undertake studies if necessary.
