We’re seeking a confident and detail-oriented Onboarding Adviser to join a professional services firm in the Channel Islands. This is a key role that supports the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring regulatory standards are met while maintaining a smooth and client-friendly experience.Acting as a bridge between client-facing teams and KYC operations, you’ll help simplify onboarding by interpreting AML/CFT requirements, managing expectations, and supporting the timely collection of all necessary KYC documentation. You’ll be a point of contact for onboarding-related queries and ensure processes run efficiently, identifying and resolving issues early.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a solid understanding of KYC and AML frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage stakeholder relationships. Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, or AML-related roles is essential. Knowledge of client legal structures and regulatory environments is also highly desirable.
