Responding promptly to client queries and communications.

Securing additional assets under custody through new business review and progression.
Identifying and fostering opportunities for broader client relationships and partnerships.
Developing and maintaining excellent connections within the Fund and institutional client sectors.
Reviewing custody business performance to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
