Service AreaChild and Adolescent Mental Health Community SevicesGrade: - Band 8A £67,355 - £78,366 BAR £80,716 per annumFull TimeThe States of Guernsey are looking for a Operational Manager to join the team at Children and Family Community Services.The purpose of the post is to provide highly visible professional leadership to the multi-disciplinary team, including:
  • Communicating the vision and objectives of the team.
  • Motivating and empowering team members.
  • Clinical leadership, support, guidance, and day to day management.
  • The direct line management of all practitioners in CAMHS .
  • An accessible presence to service users and their carers.
  • Ensuring that practice is delivered safely, in accordance with the Care Quality Framework and policies and procedures.
  • Developing a culture of high professional standards in the delivery of evidence-based care and treatment.
  • A focus on the prompt recruitment of staff, retention, succession planning and performance management.
  • Managing a devolved budget.
  • Supporting the Associate Director and Clinical Director as part of the senior management team.
