- The direct line management of all practitioners in CAMHS .
- An accessible presence to service users and their carers.
- Ensuring that practice is delivered safely, in accordance with the Care Quality Framework and policies and procedures.
- Developing a culture of high professional standards in the delivery of evidence-based care and treatment.
- A focus on the prompt recruitment of staff, retention, succession planning and performance management.
- Managing a devolved budget.
- Supporting the Associate Director and Clinical Director as part of the senior management team.
