Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: Assist with onboarding new clients, reviewing CDD, preparing RRAs, and maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders.
Compliance Expertise: Act as a liaison between business support and compliance teams, providing guidance on AML/CFT obligations and assisting in policy implementation.
Data and Record Management: Maintain accurate client records within systems, ensuring data integrity.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement efficiencies to enhance service delivery and risk management.
Mentoring and Training: Promote a positive compliance culture through training and educational activities, while mentoring junior staff as required.
