We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our team on an 18-month contract. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting HR activities across multiple jurisdictions – perfect for someone at Senior Advisor level ready to step up, or an existing Partner keen to develop further.The Role
Provide HR advice across the full colleague lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, ER, reward, engagement, and wellbeing.
Partner with managers to deliver consistent, commercial, and people-focused solutions.
Contribute to group-wide initiatives, embedding company values and driving engagement.
Use HR systems to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
About You
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
Solid HR generalist experience with confidence across multiple areas.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, pragmatic, and tech-savvy.
