Service AreaGuernsey Airport ServicesGrade: - EGI OR EGII - EGI - £42,922 - £46,339 OR EGII £48,151 - £51,507 per annumFull TimeThe States of Guernsey are looking for a Security Compliance Officer to join the team at Guernsey Airport.The Security Compliance Officer is a vital role within the security team that assists the Senior Airport Security Manager in designing & delivering the airport security quality assurance programme, strategies, plans, processes, and inspection regimes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulation. This role will work closely with internal departments and other airport stakeholders to convey legislative, technical, and practical information in all matters of aviation security; to undertake audits/inspections, investigate areas of non-compliance, research & prepare aviation security reports for security forums. The Security Compliance Officer will identify improvements to security operational performance and compliance standards. The post covers mainly office hours (Monday - Friday), however a flexible approach to working hours will be required to meet operational needs.
