An international law firm, is looking to hire an employment associate for their offices based in Guernsey, Channel Islands. The successful candidate must have prior experience of having either worked in Jersey or Guernsey or UK and have studied a common-law Masters degree.This an an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners in the Channel Islands, advising on the full range of employment law matters relating to Guernsey and Jersey. You will focus on advising employers rights and duties under Guernsey and Jersey laws. Drafting and amending contractual documentation and policies, business licensing, housing and immigration and assisting the corporate teams with due diligence and transaction support.
