Service AreaStates WorksGrade: PSE Grade F £740.04 - £764.84 per week (£19.4747 - £20.1274 per hour)Full TimeAbout the roleStates Works is one of the States of Guernsey Trading Assets, and provides a wide range of municipal, maintenance and emergency support services for the island.We operate one of the largest commercial garages on the island, within which our Fleet and Garage Services team maintain all States Works vehicles and plant, in addition to maintaining other vehicles for other areas of the States of Guernsey.We are looking for qualified or experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our team. The role involves carrying out repairs, maintenance and servicing on a variety of light and heavy commercial vehicles, including small vans, sewage tankers, and specialist drainage, road cleansing and waste collection vehicles.What we offerThe States of Guernsey offers a broad employment package, with benefits for this role including:

Should the successful applicant not meet the requirements sufficiently he/she may be appointed at a lower grade than stated.
