- Perform a wide variety of pension administration tasks accurately and timely, supporting the Company's diversified client base of stand-alone and multi-member schemes.
- Provide high-quality internal and external client service, ensuring accurate and timely provision of pension administration services.
- Support the Senior Management Team with day-to-day administration of pension schemes, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
- Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and activities to meet individual and team objectives.
- Perform key pension administration duties, including benefit calculations, meeting attendance and documentation, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge, ensuring CPD requirements are met and staying current with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members and across departments to ensure efficient and effective client service delivery.
- Maintain proper client records and ensure compliance with Company policies, reporting any risk issues or suspicious transactions to the appropriate parties.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with project work as required by the business.
- You'll be tech-savvy and have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good attention to detail and good communication skills (written and verbal)
