Service Area: States WorksSalary Grade/Band: PSE Grade DSalary Range: £648.39 - £670.98 per week, £17.0629 - £17.6574 (Enhancements for Overnight Working)Working Arrangements: Full TimeThe States of Guernsey are looking for a Refuse and Recycling Driver/Loader (Overnight Working) to join States Works.States Works are a competitive service provider of kerbside refuse and recycling collections, and currently have a dedicated team to meet the businesses contractual obligation for the St Peter Port, St Sampson and Castel parishes. The parish contracts stipulate the timings of collections (which includes Bank Holiday working) and how collections should be made. The wider Waste Collection team also undertake commercial waste collections, emptying of coastal and dog waste bins and the Bulk Refuse Scheme.Due to the diversity of the work the post holder will be required to demonstrate a flexible approach towards to work with the willingness to support a number of trades.
