We are looking for a highly experienced Client Service Director to join the Senior Leadership Team. This key role combines strategic leadership with direct client oversight, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across a diverse portfolio of captive insurance clients.As a Client Executive and senior leader, the successful candidate will help shape the business strategy, lead operational planning, and drive client service excellence. They will manage and mentor a high-performing team while promoting the firm’s captive and (re)insurance capabilities both locally and within the wider network.The ideal candidate should be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in the captive or (re)insurance sectors.
