Their highly rated team fields extensive expertise in fund finance, asset finance (including real estate, aviation and shipping) and M&A finance, and acts for an impressive list of international lenders and borrowers, including premier banks, UK financial institutions and alternative sponsors, on high-level international deals across these areas.
