The successful candidate will support the finance function by preparing invoices, updating accounts receivable ledgers, and assisting with monthly and annual management accounts.Responsibilities include posting accruals and prepayments, processing receipts in line with compliance procedures, completing daily bank reconciliations, and providing accounting support to HR and Payroll. You will contribute to budgeting, produce ad hoc reports, and liaise with senior colleagues and an international team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years' accounts administration experience, be part-qualified (AAT/ACA/CIMA or equivalent), and have a strong understanding of trial balance preparation. Experience with Sage X3 is highly desirable, along with the ability to prioritise work, operate independently under pressure, and communicate effectively at all levels.
