Reports to Security Administration ManagerThe purpose of this position is to carry out daily duties within the Security Administration team and to provide support across the Aztec Group on a temporary basis. This an entry level role and the role holder should be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, whilst delivering a proactive service-focused capability to the business.Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the organisation and signing of various financial documents
  • Following robust procedures and controls
  • Receiving and distributing banking hardware to the business
  • Adhering to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the joiner, leaver, mover and change (JLMC) process
  • Ensure appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services
  • Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users and gain a good understanding of the business needs that are supported
  • Utilising the Group's Service Delivery tool, Ivanti, to provide effective prioritisation and resolution of Service Requests for all jurisdictions
  • Using initiative for problem solving
  • Carrying out other duties as required within the team
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
  • Computer literary skills are essential
  • Relevant experience in an IT service delivery role would be an advantage, as would experience in a financial services environment
  • Ability to carry out all duties accurately and have a keen eye for detail
  • Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity
  • Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Work well as part of an efficient team in a fast paced environment
