Service AreaEducation ServicesGrade: - PSE Grade C - £605.68 - £626.18 per week and (£15.9389 - £16.4784 per hour) with additional alternating shift allowance of £0.9634 per hourFull TimeThe States of Guernsey are seeking to appoint a Caretaker to join the team at Education Services.The post is full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working times are by arrangement with the line manager and are subject to periodic review depending on operational requirements. Additional hours may need to be worked, which may be compensated either as time in lieu or paid overtime, to be agreed in advance. As the post holder will be a key holder for one or more sites, call-out attendance is required and will be compensated as detailed in the relevant policy.The successful postholder will assist the Site Supervisor in ensuring the site is secure (including un/locking, internal/external checks, setting alarms etc.), safe and clean and to interact with parents, children, members of staff, suppliers and members of the public to maintain these conditions.Please click on the link below to view a full job description for this role.Contact: Megan Wilson, Premises Manager on tel.
