We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Operations Officer to join the team in Guernsey. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, they will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business while also contributing to longer-term operational projects.In this role, the successful candidate will work across a broad range of responsibilities, including maintaining internal systems and policies, supporting data protection and information security processes, and helping to ensure operational compliance. They will liaise closely with internal teams, the outsourced IT provider, and virtual CISO to manage projects, respond to audits, and deliver consistent governance and operational support.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in an operations or administrative role within the financial services sector. They will bring strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach.
