We're seeking a motivated Staff Nurse (Band 5) to step into a key role within a 17-bedded Adult Acute Mixed Inpatient Unit. You will co-ordinate the management of the ward in the absence of a senior nurse, taking responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained following the CARE values. You will also act as a mentor for junior staff and monitor quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a NMC registered Mental Health Nurse qualification, have excellent communication skills and be punctual and reliable. A full relocation package is also provided with competitive pay, and entitlement to a pension scheme. There is also an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
