We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trust Administrator for the Private Wealth team. This role involves managing a portfolio of trusts and companies, including complex arrangements, under the supervision of a Trust Supervisor or Assistant Trust Manager.Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate statutory records, preparing routine board and trustee minutes, processing payments, liaising with internal departments on legal and accounting matters, and communicating directly with clients and intermediaries. The successful candidate will also assist with annual entity reviews, general administration tasks, and ad hoc projects. Supporting and training junior staff will also form part of the role.The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), have at least 3 years of relevant experience managing their own client portfolio, and hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification such as the STEP Certificate or Diploma.
