Salary: £43,954 - £59,343 per annumSanctuary Personnel is currently assisting in the recruitment process for a Deputy Manager (Band 6) position within an esteemed Adult Disability Service focusing on Autism Hub support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating within the Adult Disability Service to provide comprehensive support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Operating in diverse settings including residential homes, supported living, short break services, and outreach programs.

Requirements:

Relevant qualification
Previous UK experience working within a similar role
Previous experience of managing a team
