- The role of Sales Manager will involve proactively driving sales activities to the hotels across all segments to include corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, events & leisure.
- You'll be part of a wider Hand Picked Hotels Channel Islands Sales & Events team
- We drive a culture of total account management, and we are looking for someone who can identify every booker within their account portfolio
- We are looking for someone who implements and utilises modern ways of working and communicating with our clients
- Working with the Regional Director of Sales in developing both existing and new relationships with DMC's and other partners.
- Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the hotel and Hand Picked Hotels sales and marketing plan.
- To be a confident and effective networker who can build effective relationships externally and internally. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities ahead of our competitor set.

- To be considered for this role you will this role of Sales Manager you will have current proactive sales experience within a 4/5-star luxury hotel or similar environment and have excellent knowledge of meetings and events, corporate and local business to business and leisure sales.
- It is essential you are driven, can act on your own initiative where appropriate and enjoy working within a proactive sales role and with set targets and objectives.
- Can demonstrate a methodical approach and are highly organised and have a systematic approach to your work.
- You will have excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.
