- You lead by example, embodying the Group's values to foster a high-performance, client-focused culture and uphold operational excellence
- You build strong, collaborative relationships across the team and senior management to ensure smooth and supportive client servicing
- You guide junior team members, offering hands-on support with daily tasks and complex queries while overseeing their outputs for accuracy and timeliness
- You take ownership of reviewing key fund administration deliverables, including corporate actions and financial documents, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
- You communicate effectively with management, providing timely, constructive feedback on client matters and helping to continually improve service delivery.

- You will ideally hold an ICSA qualification or comparable qualification and/or evidence of continued professional development.
- You possess strong knowledge of the finance industry in Guernsey
- You bring experience in fund administration, which is highly valued
- You consistently demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- You communicate effectively, both in writing and in conversation
- You are confident with IT systems and have solid technical skills
- You're highly organised and analytical, able to manage tasks with precision
- You've supported junior administration team members or have a desire to support and guide.
