The PositionWe are looking for a new management team member to join our wellbeing and lifestyle store in the heart of St Peter Port to run and manage day to day sales and operations. As part of the management team, you will lead the store to success by motivating your team to achieve our business objectives and ensure excellent service. You will bring enthusiasm and positivity to your customers and colleagues. You will be happy multi-tasking, ready to take on new challenges and thrive on the fact that no two days are alike.The Responsibilities

Sales Generation and Sales Targets
Maketing, PR & Events
Managing, Hiring & Training
Security & Safety
Visual Merchandising
Inventory Control
Product management
Website Management
Financial Controls & Reporting

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Retail experience
Team management experience (retail management experience is preferred, especially for the Manager position)
Higher Education/Diploma/Graduate qualification is desirable but not essential
Commercial awareness
Exceptional organisational skills and natural multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness and some who's looking for opportunities to learn more and grow the business
Driving licence is desirable but not essential

Please note that depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate, the position can be either at the Manager or Assistant Manager level.Benefits
