- Lead complex, high-value programmes and projects across sectors such as digital, regulation, technology, and organisational change.
- Own project delivery from start to finish, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and governance.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex delivery landscapes.
- Use structured methodologies to ensure projects are deliverable, effective, and outcome-focused.
- Contribute to internal improvement by shaping our project delivery standards, tools, and frameworks.
- Perform situational analysis to assess context, challenges, and opportunities that inform intelligent delivery.
- UK right to work (essential) and willingness to relocate to Guernsey (or Jersey).
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent).
- Reached ‘Senior Project Manager’ grade or equivalent at a top-tier consultancy or professional services firm.
- Proven experience leading full-lifecycle projects from strategy through to delivery.
- Experience managing complex change programmes, including digital and regulatory transformations.
- Confidence managing all aspects of project delivery, including governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and risk management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- A consulting mindset: confident scoping, structuring, and delivering in dynamic client environments.
- Strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (design, build, test, deploy) and how to use technology to drive sustainable change.
- Experience in financial services, legal, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience working with clients in the funds, banking, onboarding or ERP change space and a track record of using technology as a key lever for change.
