Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join a dynamic Global Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to the business, including preparing and formatting documents, processing invoices and expenses and organising meetings and travel. You will also liaise with fee earners, clients, and colleagues across the business to ensure seamless support, while assisting with wider team activities such as diary management, reception cover, and maintaining firm contacts. The ideal candidate will bring previous administration experience (ideally within a legal or professional services environment) alongside excellent organisational skills and a proactive, tech-savvy approach.
