You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the section is maintained and is in line with the Company's procedures.As an Assistant Manager in the Transfer Agency Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the section is maintained and is in line with the Company's procedures as well as dealing with/facilitating all client requests for output whilst meeting the Company's SLAs.In this role you can expect to work on the following:

Ensure that new clients and prospects are brought on efficiently and with a good first impression of the company
Guide junior members of staff accordingly
Ensure all work undertaken complies with the Fundâs documentation, relevant regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations
Assist the Team Manager in supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the team
Promote excellent relationships with clients and effective relationships between individual team members

To apply for this Assistant Manager role, you will need at least 3 years working with a financial institution, preferably within PE. You will also require the following:

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach a team
An understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
The ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent IT skills
Target Vocational Qualifications â ICSA Certificate, ICSA Diploma, CSQS, ACCA or similar
