- Ensure that new clients and prospects are brought on efficiently and with a good first impression of the company
- Guide junior members of staff accordingly
- Ensure all work undertaken complies with the Funds documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations
- Assist the Team Manager in supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the team
- Follow company procedure at all times
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach team
- An understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
- The ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Good IT skills and general knowledge of banking systems
