Apex Group is looking for an Assistant Vice President (Transfer Agency), and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the department is maintained and is in line with the Companys procedures. You will also be dealing with/facilitating all client requests for output whilst meeting the Company's SLAs.In this role, you can expect to:

Ensure that new clients and prospects are brought on efficiently and with a good first impression of the company
Guide junior members of staff accordingly
Ensure all work undertaken complies with the Funds documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations
Assist the Team Manager in supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the team
Follow company procedure at all times

An understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business
The ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities
Good IT skills and general knowledge of banking systems
