Hours: 45 hrs/week | 2 days off

Run the floor like a rockstar, keep service smooth and guests happy
Build, train, and lead a team of like-minded rebels
Keep standards sky-high
Work with the kitchen to serve bold, fearless flavours
Drive sales and keep costs in check without killing creativity

You are:

Experienced as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager
A leader who inspires, not just instructs
Obsessed with hospitality but allergic to boring
Organised, confident, and cool under pressure
Bonus: love Asian food (or ready to fall for it)
