A leading independent consultancy is seeking a Senior Manager to help drive its company secretarial arm, working closely with the Managing Director to deliver against strategic goals and KPIs.This client-facing role involves managing a portfolio of governance, board support, and statutory compliance projects, including incorporations, board meeting attendance, minute preparation, governance reviews, and the maintenance of statutory records. The Senior Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, undertake bespoke projects, and contribute to business development by identifying and securing new opportunities.Applicants should have at least 10 years' experience in finance-ideally in company secretarial, fund administration, or trust administration-alongside a relevant professional qualification such as TEP, ICSA, or MSc.
