Drive the financial targets established for Global Private Banking & Wealth CIIOM from the PAO1 Desk in Guernsey and UK corridor including Net New Money, Revenue, Investment Mandates, Credit Facilities, New Accounts, and RoTCP.
Lead, coach and supervise the PAO1 RM team and foster a team environment, supporting all team members to develop their capabilities.
Develop and nurture highly effective partnerships Private Bank UK Market Heads, Team Heads and Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors and client coverage teams to deepen and broaden the adoption of GPB CIIOM for UK clients, and clients with offshore servicing requirements.
Oversee the Supervisory activities of the team - including all areas of material risk.
Deliver innovative high value solutions across all product lines, gaining significant business and sustainable returns for banking and the wider Group and provide leadership to teams to support and deliver client performance against plan whilst maintaining profitable long-term relationships with priority HSBC clients within sector/country. Establish a holistic understanding of client needs, operating with the top decision makers with the client organisation.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Experience and track record of successfully leading a private banking team within the target client segment - desirable
CISI/PCIAM Level 6 or equivalent - essential
Prior regulated Relationship Management experience within a Private Banking capacity - essential
Able to deliver against and exceed financial targets, and coach your team to do the same
Collaborative and personable working approach with an ability to manage changing priorities and demands.
