We're partnering with a leading regulated financial services firm to recruit an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager (MLCO). This pivotal role reports directly to the Deputy CEO and oversees compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence. You'll act as a key member of the management team, driving compliance strategy, training, and cyber risk initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in the international trust and private wealth sectors, be STEP and ICA qualified, possess strong knowledge of AML regulations, and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
