Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Staff Nurse (Band 6) to step into a key role within their Adult Community Services Department. You'll be responsible for overseeing appropriate standards of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes for patients/clients within the community. You will also act as a mentor for junior staff and monitor quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hold a First Level Registration (with a minimum of two years post-registration experience) including one year at Band 5 in a community nursing environment.
