We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant (Band 3) to join a dedicated mental health team within a 17-bedded acute inpatient ward. Working under the guidance of registered nurses, you will deliver high-quality, individualised care to service users living with dementia and other mental health diagnoses. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring patient wellbeing and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a part in team development, mentoring new staff, and contributing to service improvements. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.
