Do you have Financial Reporting AVP experience, and are you seeking a new job in Guernsey? Apex Group is looking for a full-time Financial Reporting AVP, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.In this role, you will be expected to provide support to the team and Team Managers of the company by being proactive in their approach to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures of the Company as a whole. You will also prepare and review management, interim and audited accounts for all the section's clients including:

Control and monitor the bookkeeping process and take ownership of client ledgers
Assist with planning of annual audits and liaise with clients to establish timetables for the receipt of valuations and advisers reports and other relevant information
Review work performed by members of the team and provide regular feedback and training

To be considered for this opportunity, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

The ability to reflect and review actions
Prior practical accounting experience in a financial institution or professional services firm
Excellent IT/system skills and a sound understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and rules
